For
this kind of buyers, it is important to consider the question
related to the VAT number.
In fact, if the buyer has and can/want communicate his VAT
number to the seller, during the order procedure, the seller can
not apply taxes on the partial ammount, so the price reported on
this website are valid.
Naturally taxes on the product will be payed in the buyer
destination State, but as told, there is not any increase on
price reported.
Otherwise, if the VAT number is not communicate to the Seller,
he must apply taxes active in the origin State.
In this case, the prices reported on this website must be
increased of 21% |

EXTRA

Prices
reported are valid and there is not any increase, from the
seller. Probably taxes will be payed on the destination Country |

PAYMENT
|
|
|
The
preferential form of payment for intra/extra EEC buyers is the bank
transfer in advance.
There is also (this option must be agreed) the possibilty of payment in
advance by credit card on Paypal system (and obviously between Paypal
accounts).

HOW TO
PURCHASE

Perform the
order, sending it to us by e-mail or fax, reporting on it all your data
(obviously delivery address included).
EEC buyers, please take note about the VAT question, explained in the
point: « PRICES ».
The VAT number indication (or not) will determine different prices on
our Proforma Invoice.
After order receiving, (in case of problems about the products, their
availability, or other, we'll send to you a simply communication) we'll
send to you a document called « PROFORMA INVOICE ». You must consider
this document as an estimate, a detailed seller confirm of your order.
On the Proforma invoice all details are listed (shipment charge included).
If the buyer accepts the Proforma Invoice, he must do the payment, by
the method settled.
After the payment receving on our accounts, we'll ship the goods.

DELIVERY

Delivery terms
will be explained to the buyer during the commercial correspondance.
The eventual products un o ovailability, will be communicate on
this contest and normally we give to the buyer some informations about
the new availability.
Shipment and delivery terms are subordinate to the process mentioned
above: request-Proforma Invoice sending-payment-goods shipment.
Any timetable (particularly data referred to the courier operations)
must not be intended in a peremptory way.
Any eventual delay, does not constitute a reason for any compensation.

SHIPMENT

The goods
required are shipped by International Couriers as GLS, UPS, FEDEX and
others.
Shipment costs are reported on our Proforma Invoice, Estimate and other
in order to give to the buyer, any possibile and clear information about
the details of his order.
Shipment cost can not be anticipated, because we must know the exact
weight and size of the goods orderer, and obviously, the final
destination (which city in wich country).

The goods is shipped by a simply waybill and the fiscal document

any eventual complication to import them (Fiscal, Sanitary, with
the Customs, etc) considering also that:
1) The goods is shipped with many copies of a regular Invoice

2) After the payment and the shipment, we don't assume any
responsability about problems with the
authorities of the
