S.I.T.
INJECTOR WITH NEEDLE FOR MICROTHERAPY TREATMENTS |
|
|

|
|
|
Microtherapy
has been planned with the intent to inject drugs into the skin layer,
in an efficacious - and not traumatic - way, particularly avoiding the
undesired classic Mesotherapy outcomes, such as:
- Breaking of small veins with consequent haematoma.
- Breaking of small arteries
- Breaking of painful proprioceptive dermal fibres
- Cicatricial micro-sclerosis formations.
This new method has been experimented for a long time in the P.E.F.S
treatment with the target to promote the edema reabsorption.
The edema, normally connected with this kind of problem, locally
constricts the tissues and so it produces a microcircle deficit,
perpetuating the process.
The central concept of Microtherapy is the injection, in the papillar
derma (by many micro-doses) of a salt hypertonic solution.
This solution, by osmosis process, attracts to the middle derma, the
deep edematous fluids.
The absence of a tissues compression and micro-circle suffering in the
middle derma, avoids the elimination of those fluids, by the
physiologic vascular and lymphatic system.
The micro-doses mentioned can be estimated in 0,05 ml (so with a 5ml
syringes 100 injections can be done).
The edema (and the related tissues compression) elimination allows the
reactivation of the microcircle physiological mechanism. in the deep
derma layer. It allows also the raactivation of the lipidic metabolism
and the endogenous lipolysis, with a global improvement about the starting situation. |

Assuming,
as example, an inferior limb treatment: several micro-injections must
be done, spaced around 2 cm and forming vertical lines across limb, so
from the root of the thigh, until the ankle.
Also this lines will be spaced around 2 cm. In this way, an ideal
web on all the limb is created.
1)
Insert the S.i.t on a syringe (obviously after it drugs/substances
loading).
Use max 5 ml syringes and a initially it's very recommended the use of
1, 2,5 ml syringes in order to give to the operator a better
control about the microdoses, the pressure on the syringe piston,
the technique, ecc.
2)
Clench the syringe among the fingers and put the S.i.t into the skin,
perpendicularly, assuring that the cone of the device, adhere
completely to
the skin
3)
Apply a middle pressure on the syringe/device in order to
stretch the skin under the cone and make a very short pressure on its
piston.
4)
Excessive or curtly pressures must be avoided, because wheals must not
compare and furthermore, the streched skin can absorb only minimum
quantity of substance.
5)
If the pressure was right, after the mentioned procedure only a little
drop will remain on the skin.
A drop whic it is the vacuum-effect created under the Sit cone, and
also produced by the mechanical mechanism (push-release) of the
syringe.
6) Dry the injection zone, with a cotton wad.
